Vandenbroucke - Bookmaker Contract News
Sun Sep 19 23:16:39 2004
Friday evening, Frank signed a new contract with MrBookmaker.com.

In effect, according to UCI rules, any contract entered into after July 1 in any year can only be effective
until the end of that year.

So Frank really had only a contract with his new employer for a couple of months or so, having regard to the
fast approaching close of the racing season.

But M. Hilaire Van Der Schuern has resolved that problem and Frank now has a contract until the end of 2005
which is acceptable to all parties.

Frank has been Royally treated by Mr. Bookmaker, more particularly so as his new contract states that if he
can get a better offer with another squad, he is free to leave anytime.
