France's Jérôme Pineau (Brioches La Boulangère) Won the semi-classic Paris-Bourges today
beating Martin Elmiger of Switzerland in a photo-finish.

Pineau, covering the course at an average speed of 46.699 km/h, outsprinted six other
members of a break that went away about half way into the 196.5 kilometer event.

Current World Cup Leader, Davide Rebellin, was third with the other riders in the break
being Germany's Jorg Jaksche, Belgian Jurgen Van de Walle, and Frenchmen Cédric Vasseur
and Nicolas Fritsch.
