Bradley Wiggins now confirms his availability Olympic gold medal-winning cyclists Bradley Wiggins and Chris Hoy will compete in January's UCI World Track Cup Classic in Manchester. The high-profile British duo will be joined at the event by Australia's Brad McGee and Frenchman Arnaud Tournant. The event takes place at the Manchester Velodrome from 7 to 9 January. Wiggins has also been given the honour of leading the Credit Agricole team at the Tour Down Under, which runs from 18-23 January in Adelaide. Wiggins yesterday (Thursday) had said that with his Australian committment to the Tour Down Under he would not be available to ride the Manchester leg of the Track World Cup, but now finds that he will be able to fit both events into his schedule.
