To read an RSS feed you will need an RSS Reader, also called a News Aggregator or a Blogger.
There are any number of these applications available on the InterNet and you are free to chose whichever you feel comfortable with.
Having installed a Reader, you will next need a Feed, and there are hundreds available if you search for a minute or two.

Installing and setting up an RSS Reader is not overly difficult, but can be a somewhat trying experience for the casual computer user.
So if you are comfortable with RSS, go and do your own thing. If not, SixDay recommends that you use the RocketInfo product.
It requires no software to be installed on your computer and setup is quite simple.
